Terms of use

Last updated: September 29, 2026

These terms govern your use of verybdn.com, including the Entre Río y Fuego pages. By using the site you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use it. The Spanish version is the reference text.

1. Who we are

2. Nature of the content

verybdn guides are general information and personal opinion, written from the experience of living in Minca. They are not professional travel, health, safety or legal advice.

Prices, schedules, routes, travel times and the condition of roads, rivers and trails change often and without notice. We try to keep them current, but we cannot guarantee they are still accurate on the day you travel. Confirm them with providers and local authorities before making decisions, especially those that affect your safety.

3. Commercial relationships and affiliate links

We want you to know who earns what:

4. Bookings at Entre Río y Fuego

Direct bookings are arranged on WhatsApp and are governed by the Cancellation and refund policy and by what we confirm in writing when you book. Published rates are in Colombian pesos (COP) and are per night. Bookings made on Airbnb, Booking or other platforms follow that platform's terms.

5. Intellectual property

The texts, photographs, design and brands of verybdn and Entre Río y Fuego belong to their owner or are used with permission. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link to the source. Any other use —copying whole guides, reusing photos or using the content commercially— requires prior written permission.

If you believe any content on this site infringes your rights, write to us and we will review it right away.

6. Links to other sites

The site links to third-party services (WhatsApp, Substack, Airbnb, affiliate sites and others). We don't control their content, availability or privacy policies.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use the site for illegal activities, to attempt to breach its security, or to scrape its content at scale for commercial purposes without permission.

8. Liability

We are responsible for the services we provide directly under Colombian law. We are not responsible for decisions based solely on general information on the site that has since changed, or for linked third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Colombian Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Statute) or any other rules that cannot be excluded by contract.

9. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. If you have a complaint, please write to us first: we want to fix it directly. As a consumer, you can also go to Colombia's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (sic.gov.co). If you live in the European Union, you keep the protection given by the mandatory rules of your country.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its date. Changes do not affect bookings already confirmed.
